New Netherlands Law Allows Cops to Hack Cyber Crooks


The Netherlands recently passed a new law known as Act Cybercrime III which allows law enforcement in the country to hack cybercriminals without a warrant. With wiretapping and house searches failing to stop cybercriminals, Netherlands federal police are now able to launch cyber attacks against suspected criminals. This is part of a growing trend worldwide in which law enforcement agencies are going after deep web users and cybercriminals with more powerful hacking tools and less judicial oversight.
